Pat joins from Goldman Sachs where he spent the last 19 years focusing on risk management. Most recently he was a Vice President in Goldmans Credit Risk Management and Advisory Department and a Deputy Chief Credit Officer for GS Bank, USA. As a senior credit risk manager covering the Structured Finance and Mortgage sectors he held oversight responsibilities for securities investments, securities underwritings, warehouse lending, whole loan trading and regulatory matters. In addition he held oversight responsibility of counterparty and investment credit risk management for select funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management. During his tenor at Goldman Sachs Pat was a member of several senior level risk, underwriting and regulatory committees.
